Welcome to HomeSynk. These Terms of Service explain the rules and guidelines for using our platform. By using HomeSynk, you agree to these Terms in full.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HomeSynk, including our website, waitlist, and property management platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
HomeSynk is intended for property owners, managers, agents, and tenants who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you join our waitlist, submit a property search request, register as an agent, or contact us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping any information you submit up to date.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or misleading property or agent information, interfering with the normal operation of the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from HomeSynk by email or WhatsApp relating to your enquiry, your agent application, or updates about the Service. You can opt out of non-essential communications, such as our newsletter, at any time.
All content on the Service, including the HomeSynk name, logo, design, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to HomeSynk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as WhatsApp, for the purpose of customer communication. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the platform available, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeSynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may suspend or remove your access to the Service, including your waitlist or agent registration status, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to remove your information by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
